Recently, I came across what appears to be a Blank (not bank) ATM card scam in a message. I’m assuming that a Blank ATM card is an ATM card that allows you to withdraw an unlimited amount of money, which is clearly a scam.

Here is what the message says:
I’ve been seeing posts and testimonials about BLANK ATM CARD but I never believed it, not until I tried it myself. It was on the 12th day of july.
