Paypal refund scam
Scam/Fraud Info:Scammed my mom out of $10,000. She got an email from "Paypal" confirming her MacBook purchase. She called, they took control of her computer, and "accidentally" refunded her too many zeros, and asked for gift cards to pay it back. They still had control of her computer a month later, because AnyDesk is impossible to uninstall. They used her Amazon account to buy more gift cards without her knowing.
