Calling victims by the name of NORTON REFUND, try to get connected to computer and provide extra money(PART OF REFUNDING MONEY) than ask for refund for nothing, by pretending that scammer sent extra mony. Most of the users are senior citizens. Once they fall in trap they ask victims to send money through GIFT cards/Wire.
Reports are submitted by people globally. If there is enough evidence, it's likely a scam. Celebrity impersonators are always considered scammers, often stealing money and resorting to blackmail if you've shared sensitive photos.
