These were individuals who were seen on a camera or were seen on infrared or were chased by the Border patrol but were never apprehended. So these folks who got away basically are somewhere into the country. And in addition to the 10 million that have been sent throughout the country, these other 2 million have gotten into the country. And those are the ones that we know about. We also know that theyve stopped counting in some of the known gotaways and using a new standard where by, if they go into woods near the border, they dont count them as known gotaways because they dont know, quote unquote, they might have crossed back into Mexico. And so what were seeing obviously, is a strain on our countrys resources and increasing our debt and puts our national security at risk.
