This is a whatsapp number for an ad flipper scammer (pretty sure its just phishing for personal and bank info). They offer 1400-1900 a week income for improving brands ratings online. Apparently her name is Amber. (they messaged me outa the blue from +1 (864) 614-6210 on whats app)
Reports are submitted by people globally. If there is enough evidence, it's likely a scam. Celebrity impersonators are always considered scammers, often stealing money and resorting to blackmail if you've shared sensitive photos.
