Sheena M. Mascardo (SheeLex) uses stray animals for profit. Modus: She asks for donations to bring strays to treatment and rescue animals, but will ask multiple donors for the same amount. Example: Will ask for X amount for spaying/ neutering, and will ask different donors the same X amount with all of them not knowing another has fulfilled the budget. Sheena Mascardo does not keep financial records. Neither does she provide donors with acknowledgement receipts of any donation (cash and kind) she receives. She also gets a discount from the vet but only discloses the full amount to victimized animal lovers.
